2024 Tournament, Prescott Valley, AZ - May 25 - 27
TEAM Registration -
Team registration for the 2024 Tournament is not OPEN yet. Teams will be able to pay online by credit card, PayPal, Zelle transfer or cash... I will take a check but it must clear before 01 May. If you are a Free Agent Player searching for a team, some teams will be looking for Free Agents. Most can be contacted through our Facebook page or our ISO Free Agents group <Join Here>.
The 2024 Regular Team Registration Fee is $700 but teams may secure a place in the tournament with a $200 Deposit. The 55s Division registration is $525 with a $150 deposit. The ELITE Team Registration Fee is $995 and the deposit is $400. The deposit option is offered at checkout. The Full Payment Deadline is MAY 5th. The teams that paid the full fee first will select their schedule from the available positions in the fixture. It is a reward for paying early that we've done traditionally each year. Teams will have at most, 24 hours to make their selection.
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON THE ONLINE ROSTER BEFORE MAY 25th AND BEFORE THE FIRST GAME! Once the Team Manager registers the team, a team page is created with an Invite Link at the top of the page. Each player must check off and agree to the Code of Conduct & Waiver on the automated team roster. The ROSTER must be entered online. Even if the manager adds the players, each player must login and accept the terms OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY. NOTE: Roster Checks can be requested by any Team Manager or Referee, and an email address is required... Hey, it's 2024 People!
After a player signs into the App, click the Player questions box to complete the required info and to Accept the Code of Conduct & Waiver ONLINE (Submit button at bottom).
Hotels and Lodging -
Soccer in the Pines has partnered with EventConnect for online tournament management and as our official accommodations provider. EventConnect is working very closely with the Tournament and local hotels to provide the best options on amenities, value and location. We please ask that teams use the hotels provided through this software as they help support our tournament and referees. Last year some players realized huge savings by booking through the portal and BOOKING EARLY!
For Team Reps, please do not hesitate to contact the EventConnect Travel Team Coordinators by email via teamsupport@eventconnect.io. These Coordinators will work with your team to find the best options from the available options once your team is in the accommodations system. PLEASE NOTE: Hotel deals will not show up until the contracts are returned to EventConnect. They should begin appearing by the end of January. The LODGING buttons won't work until then. NEW: you can book a rental house through the site. ALSO; in years past, the people that waited until the week before paid almost double the price of people who reserved a room early. RESERVE by the end of April to insure there are even rooms available, plus at a discount.
REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: If your team Books 10 Rooms / Two Nights through the tournament website and EventConnect, and I'll refund $50 of the registration. Note: Must complete the full reservation. Refund via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
